Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Dindigul to dispose the final decree application in I.A.No.91 of 2011 in O.S.No.25 of 2011 on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Dindigul within a stipulated time fixed by this Court by allowing this Civil Revision Petition.

This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of I.A.No.91 of 2011 in O.S.No.25 of 2011 pending on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Dindigul.
2. When the matter came up for admission on 22.04.2026, I called for a report from the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Dindigul. He has sent a report dated 02.06.2026 stating that he will make every endeavour for early disposal of the applications. Consequently, the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Dindigul will consider that the petitioner is a senior citizen and give an expeditious disposal of all the pending applications within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
