Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned suspension order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in G.O.(2D)No.69, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (ME.4) Department, dated 29.08.2018 and consequential proceedings in G.O.(2D)No.70, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (ME.4) Department, dated 31.08.2018, quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct the respondents to disburse the terminal benefits and sanction pension forthwith.
