ORDER

These Criminal Original petitions have been filed seeking for change of investigation in Crime No.115 of 2016 on the file of the sixth respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that these cases involves job racketing and the respondent police is not investigating the case with seriousness and therefore it requires transfer of investigation.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that a petition was filed before this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No 6515 of 2016 seeking for transfer of investigation and this Court by an order dated 23.06.2016 directed the respondent police to complete the investigation and file final report. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions would submit that the respondent police have completed the investigation and final report has been filed on 24.09.2018 for offence under Section 420 IPC and Section 10 and 24 of Immigration Act 19383 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Srivilliputhur and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No. 63 of 2018.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court in this Criminal Original Petition.
