ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in connection with the case in Crime No.132 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 3(2)(a), 4 (1), 5 (1)(d) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, has filed this petition, seeking anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused approached the defacto complainant for arranging room in the lodge for using ladies for immoral activities.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that there are three accused and the petitioner is arrayed as A3. A1 and A2 in this case were arrested and released on bail and the investigation is yet to be completed.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
