O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the first respondent to give police protection to the petitioner and his family members, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 05.07.2021. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 26.07.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that based upon the representation made by the petitioner, enquiry was underway and notice was also ordered to the respondents 2 & 3.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that compromise was reached between the parties before the Enquiry Office to the effect that the petitioner will take steps to measure the property and the respondents 2 & 3 may not give any trouble to measure the property.

4. Since an agreement was reached between the parties, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. If any trouble is arises in future, the parties may approached the respondent police.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original stands disposed of as infructuous .
