COMMON PRAYER :- These Criminal Original Petitions filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime Nos.17 and 623 of 2020 from the file of the 3rd respondent to the file of the Inspector of Police, C.B.C.I.D.Wing, Virudhunagar District for proceeding with the same in an unbiased manner. For Petitioners : Mr.R.Anand (In both Crl.O.Ps) For Respondent : Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh (Government Advocate (Criminal Side) (In both Crl.O.Ps) COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime Nos.17 and 623 of 2020 from the file of the 3rd respondent to the file of the Inspector of Police, C.B.C.I.D.Wing, Virudhunagar District for proceeding with the same in an unbiased manner.
2. When the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that investigation has been completed and Final Report was also filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivakasi, on 05.07.2020.
