ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.28714 of 2022 dated 22.12.2022.

2. Under the said order, the Committee headed by the District Collector concerned was directed to inspect the area, where it was alleged that illegal crusher units were functioning.

3. Subsequent to the same on 11.01.2023, the team headed by the District Collector had an inspection and a report has been prepared, which has been filed by Mr.R.Baskaran, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent, today, before this Court. Since the inspection has already been over and report has also been filed before this Court, the orders have been complied with. Therefore, this Contempt Petition can be closed and accordingly, it is closed.

4. Now, it is open to the petitioner to pursue the main Writ Petition in the light of the report, now has been submitted, on merits.
