The prayer made in this Writ Petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to grant permission and necessary protection to perform "Traditional Bulls Walk" to be held on 20.02.2019 in connection with the temple festival at Arulmigu Sri Mandala Perumal Samy Temple, Mannavanur Village, Kodaikanal Taluk, Dindigul District.

2.Even according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the above said programme for which permission and protection are sought, got over on 20.02.2019, itself.

3.In such perspective of the matter, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition.
