PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings in Na.Ka.No:12(11)/2020 dated 25.03.2021 of the second respondent herein and the consequential impugned order in Na.Ka.A5/1610/2020 dated 19.05.2021 of the first respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to issue building license to the petitioner School.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings of the second respondent dated 25.03.2021 and the consequential order of the first respondent dated 19.05.2021 and for a consequential direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to issue building license to the petitioner School.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the building license was issued by the competent authority. In view of the same, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.
