ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner is working as Driver in the respondent corporation. He is suffering from some defect in the vision. He, therefore, seeks alternative employment. If there is defect in the petitioner's vision, it would be unsafe for the passengers. In any event, this decision has to be taken only by the management after getting medical report. The second respondent is directed to refer the petitioner to medical board within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The medical board is directed to offer its report within a period of six weeks thereafter. Copy of the medical report shall be furnished to the petitioner. Based on the medical report, the respondents will take a decision as regards giving alternative employment for the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. 2/4
