Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly made a submission that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner had joined in the transferred place and is working. However, the intervening period is yet to be regulated. 2.This Court is of the considered opinion that the authorities competent are bound to regulate the intervening period in accordance with the rules in force. As far as the impugned order of transfer is concerned, the cause does not exist as of now and therefore, this Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
