Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to give police protection to the life and property of the petitioner measuring 12 cents of land with tiled house in Survey No.96/8B1 situated in Kiliyur Village, Karkalatur Group, Kiliyur Panchayat, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai Distict, in the light of concurrent judgment and decree of the Civil Court, against fourth respondent herein as per the complaint dated 27.07.2020 and 05.08.2020. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to give police protection to the life and property of the petitioner measuring 12 cents of land with tiled house in Survey No.96/8B1 situated in Kiliyur Village, Karkalatur Group, Kiliyur Panchayat, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai Distict, in the light of concurrent judgment and decree of the Civil Court, against the fourth respondent herein as per the complaint dated 27.07.2020 and 05.08.2020.
