ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in connection with Crime No.790 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 342, 294(b), 307 and 302 of IPC @ Sections 120B, 147, 148, 342, 294(b), 307, 302 and 109 of IPC, has filed this petition.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the accused persons attacked the defacto complainant and the deceased, viz., Navaneethan with deadly weapons. Thereby, the said Navaneethan lost his life. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent and except the confession statement, there is no specific overt act against the petitioner. He further submits that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) has raised serious objection that this is the petitioner's second application for anticipatory bail and the earlier application in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4317 of 2024 was dismissed by this Court dated 19.03.2024 with liberty to the petitioner to file an application before the trial Court.
