The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation, dated 25.02.2023 and to register the sale deed executed by the petitioner herein.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.The petitioner should present the sale deed after paying adequate stamp duty and registration charges through online to the third respondent/Sub Registrar, Papanasam, Thanjavur District. She had not taken that particular step. On the other hand, she had just presented the sale deed for registration. The respondents had replied directing the petitioner to present the sale deed through online in proper procedure. 2/4

4.If the petitioner presents the sale deed through proper procedure, then necessary steps will be taken by the respondents, if the document is in order. If it is not in order, it will not be registered. Thus the petitioner must follow the proper procedure.

5.The Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
