ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondent to permit the petitioner in dustry having high tension service connection No.155 to pay additional security deposit of Rs. 26,95,418/- (Rupees Twenty Six Lakhs and Ninety Five Thousand and Four Hundred and Eighteen only) in ten monthly installments.

2.This is against the additional deposit of Rs.26,95,418/- (Rupees Twenty Six Lakhs Ninety Five Thousand and Four Hundred and Eighteen only). On behalf of the petitioner, a memo was filed by giving undertaking that the payment of deposit of Rs.26,95,418/- (Rupees Twenty Six Lakhs and Ninety Five Thousand and Four Hundred and Eighteen only) would be paid in six equated monthly installments https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

commencing from 1st September 2018. The said memo filed is taken on file.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that an order may be passed on the basis of the undertaking given by the petitioner.

4.Considering the undertaking of the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to comply with the undertaking and to pay 6 equated monthly installment in respect of the additional security deposit of Rs.26,95,418/- (Rupees Twenty Six Lakhs and Ninety Five Thousand and Four Hundred and Eighteen only) on or before 15th of every Month commencing from September 2018. It is made clear that in case of any default in making such payment, it is always open to the respondents to initiate action in terms of the Regulations. 5.With the above directions, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
