ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.ARULVADIVEL @ SEKAR, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 322 days in representing the appeal.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.In view of enormous delay in representing the appeal papers, this Court is inclined to allow this petition on payment of costs.
4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to Rojavanam Senior Citizens Care Centre, Near High Court, Melur Road, Uthangudi, Madurai - 625 020, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The Registry, on filing a memo for payment, shall number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in usual course.
