ORDER
The petitioner has lodged a complaint before the Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Department on 17.03.2025 and has approached this Court, seeking a Mandamus to the respondents to take action on his complaint dated 17.03.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Department submits that the complaint of the petitioner has been forwarded to the District Collector, Pudukkottai on 25.03.2025 itself and depending on the report of the District Collector, they would proceed further on the petitioner's complaint.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the 5th respondent/the District Collector, Pudukkottai, submits that based on the petitioner's complaint, which was forwarded by the Vigilance and AntiCorruption Department, the District Collector, Pudukkottai, has appointed the Revenue Divisional Officer, Pudukkottai, as Enquiry Officer to look into the complaint of the petitioner, on 27.04.2025. The Revenue Divisional Officer has issued a summon to the petitioner as well as other parties concerned and depending on the outcome of the enquiry, further action would be taken.

Since it is reported that the District Collector, Pudukkottai, has ordered for an enquiry by appointing the Revenue Divisional Officer, Pudukkottai as Enquiry Officer, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Pudukkottai, to conclude the enquiry within a period of three months and to take further course of action and if it is required, the same shall be forwarded to the Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Department.
