For Respondent : Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR BAIL MODIFICATION under Sec.439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- Petition has been filed Under Sec.439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C to modify the conditional order dated 19.5.2022 passed in Crl.MP.No.4135 of 2022 on the file of the Vacation Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the conditional order, dated 19.5.2022 passed in Crl.MP.No.4135 of 2022 on the file of the Vacation Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, by which, the petitioner was ordered to comply with the conditions ie., the petitioner should appear and sign before the respondent, ie., Thallakulam Police Station, Madurai on the first day of every month at 10am, until further orders and the petitioner has to stay at Madurai. 2.Originally, the petitioner was released on bail as per the order of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in Cr.M.P.No.3499 of 2022, dated 28.04.2022 and subsequently one of the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

condition was modified as per order in Crl.MP.No.4135 of 2022, dated 19.05.2022. Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner delivered a child on 13.06.2022 and lived in her motherin-law's house at Thoothukudi. The nearby police station is Maniyatchi. Hence, prays for modification.

3.Admittedly, the petitioner was released on lower Court bail and for any modification, she has to approach the concerned Court. Without approaching the concerned Court, she cannot directly seek direction from this Court.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of.
