ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed for a direction to the III Additional District Court, Thanjavur, Pattukottai to dispose the suit in O.S.No.22 of 2022.

2. The petitioners are the plaintiffs before the Principal District Judge, Thanjavur in O.S.No.22 of 2022.

3. It is the case of the petitioners that despite the suit summons being served, not all the defendants in the suit have come forward to file 2/5

their written statement. It is submitted that only the defendants 1 and 2 sofar filed their written statement and the case is getting adjourned from time to time. It is submitted that the first petitioner (first plaintiff) is aged about 73 years. Hence, prays for a direction to the III Additional District Court, Thanjavur, Pattukottai to dispose the suit in O.S.No.22 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible.

The present Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of at the time of admission after dispensing with notice to the respondents 1 to 5 as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against the respondents by directing the III Additional District Court, Thanjavur, Pattukottai to dispose the suit in O.S.No.22 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 18 months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. No costs.
