PETITIONS FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C COMMON PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.27 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.27 of 2024, for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC, have filed these petitions seeking anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons have created forged documents, impersonated and registered a property to the defacto complainant. Hence the case.

3.The learned counsels appearing for the petitioners submit that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. They further submit that the petitioners herein have signed in the 3/5

document only as witnesses. They were not aware of the allegations of impersonation and creation of fake Aadhar Cards. Hence, they pray for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that in this case, the investigation is in the initial stage and it is a matter for investigation, 5.Considering the nature of offence and also considering that the investigation is only at the initial stage, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioners.
