This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to take necessary action on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 26.02.2025 vide CSR No. 107/2025 against the accused persons.
2.According to the petitioner, he lodged the complaint dated 26.02.2025 to the second respondent, for which, CSR No. 107/2025 has been assigned and thereafter, the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's complaint in CSR No. 107/2025 is under consideration with the second respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.
4.Recording the said submission that the petitioner's complaint is 2/4
pending with the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's complaint dated 26.02.2025 in CSR No. 107/2025 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of this order, after affording opportunity to both the parties. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. 29.04.2025 Internet :Yes Index :Yes/No NCC :Yes/No LR To
