ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the 1st respondent herein to comply with the order in Cr.M.P.No.5807 of 2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I at Tiruchirappalli, dated 22.03.2022 and register the FIR within the stipulated period as may fixed by this Court. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner gave a complaint before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., and the Judicial Magistrate has forwarded the same to the first respondent police to register a case and investigate the matter and file a final report. But, no action has been taken so far. Hence, he has filed the present petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) seeks one week time to consider the matter and to register the case. 4.Recording the same, one week time is granted to the respondent police to register the FIR and investigate matter. Further, the 1st respondent is hereby directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
