This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner based on the complaint dated 07.09.2020.

2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been received by the second respondent and based on which, an enquiry has been initiated in C.No.C.46/NDIS/P1PS/RMD/2020 and during enquiry, if it is found protection is required, suitable action will be taken.
