This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first and second respondents not to harass the petitioner, his family members under the guise of enquiry by interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third and fourth respondents based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 13.07.2021.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the fourth respondent, enquiry was undertaken in C.PNo.50 of 2021 and and during the course of enquiry, it was shown that it is purely money transaction dispute between the parties and they undertook to settle the matter at the Village level with the elders and on the basis of that, it was closed on 10.02.2021. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9968 of 2021 enquiry has been closed, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and this petition is disposed of.
