2. The petitioner had given the petition mentioned complaint. The second respondent had already commenced the enquiry. The second respondent shall conclude the enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. All the contentions of the respective parties are left open. The second respondent shall put all the interested 2/4
