2. The petitioner is under suspension. He has submitted an application for reinstatement.

3. The second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass an appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
