O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to take necessary action based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to the civil dispute, the petitioner sent a representation to the respondent on 05.03.2025, but no action was taken. Hence, he filed this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) for the respondents would submit that the petitioner sent a representation through post and the same is under consideration and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition and the representation of the petitioner is also pending for enquiry by the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and act in accordance with law within one week from the date of this order.

5. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
