Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records passed by the respondent hearing in Na.ka.No.P2/16402/2018 dated 31.12.2018 and quash the same in so far as the clause of "without prejudice to the result of an enquiry on a pending complaint as per reference 2" and consequently direct the respondent herein to permit the petitioner to get all his terminal benefits including his full monthly pension, commutation of pension and Death cum Retirement Gratuity within a specified period as fixed as by this Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent developments happened after filing of this Writ Petition, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition and requested to pass an appropriate order.
2. In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, in my considered view, nothing survives in this Writ Petition and it has to be dismissed as infructuous.
3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
4. No costs.
5. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
