ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction directing the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner and drop the investigation in Crime No.898 of 2020 on the file of the third respondent.

2. It is seen that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, FIR has been registered against the fourth respondent and others in Crime No.898 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 376 and 313 of I.P.C r/w Section 7 of MTP Rules, 1971. 3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed.
