ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the case in Crime No. 12 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District, and transfer the same to any other higher police officer under the direct supervision of the first respondent.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 12 of 2019 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyur, but not yet taken on file. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
