ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents to take necessary action upon the petitioner's compliant, dated 10.01.2022, which is still pending before the respondents police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police conducted enquiry. Further, stated that some more documents are required to complete the enquiry and after completing the enquiry, necessary action will be taken.

3.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
