This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of the Mandamus, seeking a direction to the second respondent to take action on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 21.05.2022. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the complaint has been received from the petitioner, CSR.No.501 of 2022 has been assigned and for the same, enquiry is pending.
