ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the proceedings in CC.No.222 of 2019, pending against the petitioner on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar District. 2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submits that the petitioner has already filed CrlOP(MD)No.10207 of 2023 with the very same prayer and the same is pending.

3.In response to the above, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks time to verify the same.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the order dated 13.06.2023 passed in CrlOP(MD)No.10207 of 2023, perusal of which shows the petitioner has filed the said petition for the very same relief.
