This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents no.1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the 3rd respondent based upon the C.S.R.No.573 of 2024 dated 26.09.2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2. According to the petitioner, he lodged complaint against the 3rd respondent and based on the same, the respondent police issued C.S.R.No. 573 of 2024 , but no action was taken so far. Hence this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that already the petitioner's complaint in C.S.R.No.573 of 2024 was considered and closed after enquiry. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the 3rd respondent inclined to pass order in this petition.

5. Since the petitioner's complaint was already considered and closed, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Therefore, it is for the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner know to law, if he is aggrieved over the closure of the complaint.
