PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 4 and 5 not to put up any solid waste Management Composite Yard or sanitary land fill in S.F.NO.1404/3A1 at Mullai Nagar, Gandhigram North, Karur District in violation of the approved layout issued by the 3rd respondent consequently direct the 4th respondent to chose alternative site on the basis of the representation of the petitioner dated 21/01/2019.
