O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner and her legal heirs under the guise of enquiry by interfering in the civil dispute.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that based upon the complaint given by the fourth respondent enquiry was undertaken in CSRNo.174 of 2021 and it appears that there is civil dispute between the parties and therefore, enquiry has been closed. Therefore, there is no question of harassment.
