This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to revoke the Rowdy List opened against the Petitioner in Rowdy List No.192 on the file of the 3rd Respondent, with the time that may stipulated by this Court on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 22.03.2022.
2. Mr.B.Nambiselvan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner's representation will be considered in the meeting scheduled to be held at the end of this month. 2/4
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the third respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law in the meeting scheduled to be held in the end of this month. Depending upon the outcome of the above said meeting, if aggrieved, the petitioner may take further steps or proceedings as the case may be.
5. With the above direction and liberty, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No cost.
