This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to take necessary action in accordance with law on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 08.04.2025 vide CSR No. 102 of 2025.
2.According to the petitioner, she lodged the complaint dated 08.04.2025 to the second respondent, for which, CSR No. 102 of 2025 has been assigned and thereafter, the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, CSR No. 102 of 2025 has been assigned and the same is under consideration with the second respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law. 4.Recording the said submission that the petitioner's complaint in 2/4
