ORDER
For the occurrence said to have taken place on 18.02.2024, the petitioner has preferred a complaint after five days, i.e. on 23.02.2024. Now, the petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent Police has not conducted the investigation and also sought for a direction to the respondents Police to file final report within a reasonable time.
2. Considering the conduct of the petitioner in lodging the complaint, for the incident said to have taken place, after five days and faulting with the respondent Police that they have not filed the final report within the statutory period, this Criminal original Petition is dismissed with cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only), which has to be paid by the petitioner to the Kalaignar Centenary Library. 06.06.2024 NCC : Yes / No.
