:Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to treat the petitioner's date of retirement as on 24.02.2013 and disburse the arrears of salary from 01.06.2011 to 24.02.2013 along with all the monitory benefits with interest whatever she entitles.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to treat the petitioner's date of retirement as on 24.02.2013 and disburse the arrears of salary from 01.06.2011 to 24.02.2013 along with all the monitory benefits with interest whatever she entitles. 2.It appears that the mandatory injunction as sought by the petitioner has not been granted by the Civil Court in its decree dated 23.04.2018 in O.S.No.890 of 2010 for the purpose of altering the date of birth of the petitioner.

3. In such circumstances, the petitioner cannot invoke the extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Hence, the writ petition fails and the same is dismissed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order of the Civil Court, it is always open to her to approach the appropriate Court in a manner known to law. No costs.
