2. The petitioner alleges that in the petition mentioned patta land, road is being laid and sand is also being unlawfully removed.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader on instructions states that no road has been laid across the petitioner's patta land.

4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
