Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.RAMASUNDARVIJAYRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.RAVI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by V.BHARATHIDASAN,J.) Earlier, this Court, by an order dated 19.03.2021, in Crl.M.P. (MD) No.1279 of 2021 in Crl.A.(MD) No.231 of 2019, suspended the sentence with the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the committal Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. To modify the condition, the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed.

2. Mr.S.Ravi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State, on instructions would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the committal Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. This petition is ordered accordingly.
