Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Madurai, this criminal revision case is filed.

2. On 19.07.2024, this Court passed an order directing the petitioner to deposit 10% of the compensation before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Madurai and the same was duly complied by the petitioner herein.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of, directing the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai to dispose of Crl.A.No.102 of 2024 within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
