ORDER
The petitioner sought for the relief of Mandamus to direct the respondents to refix the guideline value of the land in S.F.No.392/2A, 392/2B, 392/3, 392/4, 392/5A, 392/5B, 392/5C1, situated at Siruganur C.R.Palayam, Manachanallur Taluk, Tiruchirapalli District.
2. The petitioner states that the aforesaid lands are agricultural lands and the guideline value requires refixation. She had approached the third respondent for fixation of the guideline value. The third respondent had not taken any action. Hence she come forward with the present writ petition.
3. In the very same village of C.R.Palayam for S.No.66/2, a writ petition is already pending in W.P.(MD)No.3550 of 2025. The case of the petitioner and the case of the petitioner therein are one and the same. 2 / 4
4. Mr.Suresh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader pleads that refixation of guideline value firstly, must be gone into District Valuation Committee and its recommendation must be sent to the State valuation Committee and only thereafter the guideline value can be revised.
5. In the light of the written instructions given by the learned Additional Government Pleader, I pass the following directions: The valuation Sub Committee of the district shall decide upon the request of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date when this order is uploaded on to the web site of this Court. They shall conduct an enquiry and pass appropriate orders in accordance with the guidelines that have been issued by the Inspector General of Registration.
