PRAYER:-Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of MANDAMUS, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioners representation dated 04.02.2026, and conduct detailed inquiry into the irregularities and misappropriation of funds in M.H.247 Sri Sudarsanam Handloom Weaving and Sales Cooperative Society, Madurai, by appointing 4th respondent as Enquiry Officer and consequently take appropriate legal action and recover the loss caused to the Government and the Society from the 5th respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
