ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 4 submitted that there is no proposal to establish any liquor shop near the bangs of Kinkini Pond, at Survey No.398/1, in Midalam - A Village, Kanniyakumari District.

2.In such view of the matter, there is no cause of action arose in this Writ Petition and hence, the same is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
