[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to quash the impugned order passed by the third respondent in proceedings No.22858/Tha.Ku2/2018, dated 15.02.2019. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.It is represented by Mr.C.Mayilvahana Rajendran, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr.S.Ravi, learned Standing Counsel representing the State that the convict Nallamaruthu @ Maruthu died on 28.11.2020, hence, the matter has become infructuous. The Death Certificate is placed on record. 4.Recording the representations made by the learned counsels, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed.
