2. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the third respondent. The investigation reveals that the petitioner brought money from the third respondent. For non-payment, the third respondent sent his wife. Thereafter, she did not return. Alleging that the third respondent is threatening her, the petitioner also filed a suit, in the month of July, 2018. The present complaint was also closed, in view of the statement made by the petitioner, in writing, stating https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
that no further enquiry is required.
