CRL MP(MD) No.5150 of 2021 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that the first petitioner is working in a private company and the second petitioner is working in Ministry of Defence and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioners is fully relaxed.

4.The petition is ordered, accordingly.
