Writ Petition is filed under article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to dispose the petitioner's application in O.A.No.9 of 2023 on merits in accordance with law within a time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is innocuous inasmuch, inasmuch as he prays the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application in OA No.9 of 2023 on merits in accordance with law. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that if six months time is granted, the said application will be disposed of. 3.In view thereof, this writ petition is ordered on the following terms:

(i)The first respondent shall dispose of the petitioner's application in OA No.9 of 2023 on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than six months from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order. No costs. 16.04.2026 NCC:Yes/No Ns
